为解决山西煤炭运销集团吕梁孝龙煤炭综合物流园区选煤厂次生煤泥量大,浮选尾矿脱水设备能力不足的问题,采用KXGZ500/2000-U型快开隔膜压滤机对其脱水,并介绍了该压滤机的结构、工作原理、技术特点及技术参数。KXGZ500/2000-U型快开隔膜压滤机的应用有效解决了该厂次生煤泥量大,煤泥脱水设备能力不足的问题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to solve the problems of large amount of secondary slime and lack capacity of tailings dewatering equipment in Shanxi coal transportation group Lvliang Xiaolong coal preparation plant, utilized KXGZ500/2000 - U quick open diaphragm filter press for dewatering, and introduced the structure, working principle, characteristics and technical parameters of the filter press. With the application of quick open diaphragm filter press, effectively solved the problems of large amount of secondary slime and lack of dewatering capacity, so that producing a good economic benefit and social benefit.
