摘要
通过建立液黏软起动装置的动力学模型,运用MATLAB软件分别对液黏软起动装置的开环系统以及增加了PID控制的闭环系统进行仿真分析并将两者结果进行对比。分析表明,经PID控制后的闭环系统响应时间明显缩短,输出转速稳定,可见专家PID控制有利于改善液黏软起动装置的性能参数,提高系统稳定性。
By establishing the dynamic model of hydro-viscous drive, the MATLAB software is used to simulate and analyze the open-loop system and closed-loop system with PID control of hydro-viscous drive, and the results are compared. The analysis show that the closed-loop system controlled by PID is improved obviously in response time, and the output speed is stable. Therefore, application of expert PID control method is beneficial to improve the performance parameters of hydro-viscous drive and the stability of the system.
