摘要
结合选矿生产过程的流程长、工序多、设备多、地域分散的特点,探讨了工业物联网在选矿生产过程中应用的技术需求。针对选矿生产过程物联网系统的多类型网络、多种通讯协议、多种传感器、多种控制系统等并存的问题,研究开发了选矿工业全流程物联网实验平台。该平台涵盖了DCS主控系统、现场总线仪表、现场总线电气设备、无线控制系统和无线仪表、人员车辆定位系统,以及边界网关和工业云数据中心。该平台在数据层面上实现了选矿生产全流程过程数据的全互联互通,在管理层面上实现了选矿生产全流程的人机物的有机集成,为基于物联网技术的选矿生产执行系统的深入研究和工业应用搭建了工业化的实验环境。
The mineral processing industry has characteristics such as long production line, multi workshops, multi equipment and regional dispersion, this paper discusses the technical requirements for the application of industrial Internet of Things (IoT) in mineral processing plants. To deal with the problem of multi-type networks, multiple communication protocols, multiple sensors and multiple control systems in the mineral processing IoT system, a plant-wide loT experiment platform for the mineral processing industry has been developed. This platform covers the DCS main control system, fieldbus instruments, fieldbus electrical equipment, wireless control systems and wireless instrumentations, personnel vehicle positioning systems, and border gateways and industrial cloud data centers. In the data processing level, the full interconnection of the plant-wide data of mineral processing plants has been realized. In the management level, the integration of human, machine and material has been achieved. Thus an industrialized experimental environment has been built for further research and application of IoT-based MES system of mineral processing industries.
