摘要
患者女,58岁。躯干、四肢散在结节6个月。皮肤科情况:躯干、四肢散在绿豆至黄豆大小淡红色结节,边界清楚,表面光滑,质硬。皮损组织病理示:无干酪样坏死的上皮样细胞肉芽肿。诊断:结节病。治疗过程中肺部出现多发结节,考虑诊断:肺结节病。治疗后皮肤、肺部结节消退。
A 58-year-old female presented with modules on her trunk and limbs for six months. Examination showed green bean to soy bean-sized papules scattered on his trunk and limbs,with distinct border, slick appearance and hard textured. The histopathology showed non-caseous necrosis in epithelioid cell granuloma. The diagnosis of sarcoidosis was made. The nodules and lumps of lung appear during treatment. Diagnosis ： lung sarcoidosis. Skin and lung nodules have disappeared after treatment.
