摘要
患者女,36岁。左上肢结节20余年,累及额头、背部及腹部1年余。曾被误诊为"寻常狼疮"并行试验性抗痨治疗1年,无效。皮损组织病理示:真皮内结核样结节,胸部X线检查未见明显异常,PPD试验阴性。诊断:结节病。每天予甲泼尼龙16 mg口服,治疗2个月后皮损明显好转。现治疗及随访中。
The patient was a 36-year-old female presented with nodules on her left arm for more than 20 years and involving the forehead, back, abdomen for more than 1 year. She was misdiagnosed as ＂lupus vulgaris＂ and had been given tentative anti-tuberculosis treatment for 1 year invalidly. The pathological examination of the skin lesions showed tuberculoid nodules in the dermis. The X-ray examination of the chest showed no obvious abnormality, and the PPD test was negative. She was diagnosed as ＂ sarcoidosis＂ and treated with oral methylprednisolone 16 mg/d. The skin leisions were significantly improved after 2 months. She is still under treatment and follow-up.
