K8[Co(H2O)CdW11O39]/PANI/MnO2三元复合材料的制备和光催化性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用静电自组装法制备了K8[CoH2OCdW11O39]/PANI/MnO2,并利用IR、UV-vis、XRD、N2吸附、SEM和XPS等表征手段对其进行分析,结果表明:三元复合材料被成功合成,Keggin结构完整.光催化实验中,通过研究影响脱色率的因素,探讨了催化剂降解刚果红的最佳反应条件,150min内,刚果红的脱色率可达87.23%.重复实验表明,K8[CoH2OCdW11O39]/PANI/MnO2具有良好的稳定性和重复使用性.在光催化领域,该三元复合材料表现出优异的应用价值和研究潜力. The K8[CoH2OCdW11O39]/PANI/MnO2 was prepared by electrostatic self-assembly method and analyzed by means of IR,UV-vis,XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM and XPS.The results showed that the ternary composite has been successfully synthesized and its Keggin structure is complete.In the photocatalytic experiment,the optimal reaction conditions for the degradation of Congo red by the catalyst were explored by investigating the influence factors of the decoloration rate.The decolorization rate of Congo red up to 87.23% within 150 min.The repeated experiments show that the K8[CoH2OCdW11O39]/PANI/MnO2 has good stability and reusability.In the field of photocatalysis,the ternary composite and K8[CoH2OCdW11O39]/PANI/MnO2 shows excellent application value and research potential.
