摘要
本文采用原位法和浸渍法合成磷钨酸改性ZIF-8金属有机框架材料(PW_(12)/ZIF-8),并采用IR、XRD、N_(2)吸附-脱附、SEM、TEM等方法对磷钨酸改性ZIF-8复合材料的结构及形貌进行表征,结果表明PW_(12)/ZIF-8成功制备。进一步以原位法合成PW_(12)/ZIF-8吸附材料对亚甲基蓝进行了吸附实验,考察了染料溶液的pH值、染料溶液的温度、吸附剂使用量以及吸附时间对PW_(12)/ZIF-8吸附性能影响。结果表明,染料溶液的pH=2,染料溶液的温度为40℃时,吸附剂的用量为5 mg/g,在吸附时间达到240 min时达到最大吸附,浸渍法改性PW_(12)/ZIF-8吸附水中亚甲基蓝的最大脱色率可达97.67%。
Phosphotungstic acid-modified ZIF-8 metal organic frame material(PW_(12)/ZIF-8)was synthesized by both in situ and impregnated methods,the chemical composition and morphology of PW_(12)/ZIF-8 were characterized by X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The adsorption experiment was further synthesized by PW_(12)/ZIF-8 adsorption materials in situ,and investigated the pH of the dye solution,its temperature,adsorbent usage and adsorption time on PW_(12)/ZIF-8 adsorption properties.The results show that when pH=2 of the dye solution,the temperature of the dye solution is 40℃,the amount of the adsorbent is 5 mg/g,reaches the maximum adsorption when the adsorption time reaches 240 min,and the maximum achrommerization rate of the modified PW_(12)-ZIF-8 adsorption water can reach 97.67%.
