摘要
目的了解四川省广元市大中专学生性健康现状,探讨广元市大中专学生性健康教育的可行性方案。方法课题组自行设计广元市大中专学生性健康调查问卷,问卷涉及对婚前性行为的态度、性知识的来源、性健康教育的需求、对现行学校性教育的评价和婚恋观等。于2017年12月—2018年3月对四川信息职业技术学院、川北幼儿师范高等专科学校等大中专院校的512名学生进行问卷调查,并对调查数据进行统计分析。结果当前大中专学生中有恋爱经历的占62.30%;55.47%的学生表示能够接受或者默认接受未来另一半的婚前性行为;有性生活经历的占14.45%;59.77%的学生需要预防性病方面的性健康教育知识;23.63%的学生在性心理方面表示有困惑;在性知识的来源途径中,学校教育占30.27%,学生对学校的性健康教育满意度为65.23%;78.13%的学生知道性生活是艾滋病的主要传播途径;54.49%的学生支持大学期间符合法定结婚年龄可以结婚。结论目前大中专学生性健康知识匮乏,婚前性观念开放,性心理方面有困惑,婚恋观多元化发展明显,应建立完善的性健康教育体系,加强对大中专学生的性健康教育,培养学生的自我保护意识,树立正确的性健康观念和婚恋价值观。
OBJECTIVE To know the current situation of college students’s exual health knowledge in Guangyuan and discuss an effective strategy of sexual health education for college students. METHODS From December 2017 to March 2018, a questionnaire survey was made by research group was conducted among 512 students from several colleges in guangyuan,including Sichuan Vocational College of Information Technology and North Sichuan College of Preschool Teacher Education. This sexual health survey included the attitude to premarital sexual behavior,the source of sexual knowledge requirement,the comment on current school sexual education and value on love.Statistical analysis to the results was made. RESULTS Among 512 college students,62.3% of them had love experiences,55.47% of them accepted or tacitly approved future-partner had premarital sexual behavior, 14.45% of them had sexual experience, 59.77% of them considered sexual health education was needed to prevent venereal disease,26.63 % of them showed their confusions in the aspect of sexual psychology. In the source of sexual information, 30.27% knowledge came from school,65.23% of investigated students were satisfied with school education,78.13% of students thought sex was the major route of HIV transmission, 54.49% students supported college marriage if reached the national legal ages. CONCLUSION The college students was short of relevant sexual knowledge,open to premarital sexual behavior, confused in sexual psychology and developed pluralism value of marriage obviously. So sexual education system should be improved necessarily and sexual education for students should be carried out in the college to cultivate self-protections skills and establish an active attitude towards sexual health and love.
