离子液体改性不同填料补强SBR性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(Bmim.BF4,简称BMI)改性3种填料白炭黑、白炭黑/炭黑并用填料、炭黑,并研究了其对SBR混炼胶和硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明,BMI改性填料后,白炭黑/SBR混炼胶的门尼粘度下降最多,填料网络明显减弱;炭黑/SBR混炼胶的焦烧时间下降最大;3种SBR混炼胶的硫化速率明显增大,结合胶含量升高。3种SBR硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和定伸应力都有不同程度的提高,动态力学性能变好。 1-butyl-3-methylimiazolium tetrafluoroborate was used to modify different fillers such as silica,silica/carbon black hybrid filler and carbon black,the effect of modified filler on the properties of SBR compounds and vulcanizates were studied.The results showed that,the addition of BMI decreased the mooney viscosity and the Payne effect obviously for the SBR compound filled with silica,the incorporation of BMI into carbon black-filled compound showed a maximum decrease in scorch time.For the composites with different fillers modified by BMI,the vulcanization rate was improved due to the promotion of vulcanization process by BMI;the content of bound rubber increased which meaned the interaction between rubber and filler was improved.For the vulcanizates with different fillers,the tensile strength,tear strength and stress at 300% elongation were improved at different degree after the incorporation of BMI,and the dynamic mechanical properties of SBR vulcanizate was better.
