轮胎用白炭黑的环保改性研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 白炭黑作为一种性能优良、绿色环保的补强剂,在轮胎领域的需求大幅增长。但由于白炭黑表面含有大量的硅羟基,在胶料中难以浸润和分散,限制了其应用,而传统的改性成分硅烷偶联剂在使用过程中又存在VOC气体排放问题。本文总结了近年来国内外对橡胶用白炭黑进行环保改性的研究进展,主要包括新型硅烷偶联剂、环氧官能团、天然成分、离子液体和防老剂等对白炭黑的环保改性。对比了各类环保改性剂与传统改性剂的优缺点,并对白炭黑环保改性的前景进行了展望。 Nano-silica is used as reinforcing agent with excellent performance and environmental protection,and the demand for nano-silica in the field of tires has greatly increased.However,there are a large amount of silicon hydroxyl groups on the surface of the silica,and the nano-silica is difficult to infiltrate and disperse in the rubber matrix,thus its application is limited.The traditional modified ingredient silane coupling agent has the problem of VOC gas emission problem.The research summarizes the research progress of environment-friendly modification of silica at home and abroad in recent years,mainly comprises novel silane coupling agent,epoxy functional group,natural ingredients,ionic liquid,anti-aging agent and the like.The advantages and disadvantages of various environment-friendly modifiers with the traditional modifiers are compared,and the prospect of environment-friendly modification of the nano-silica is expected.
