摘要 为研究水胶比对钢渣泡沫混凝土的影响,提高其基本物理力学性能。本文采用不同水胶比制作钢渣泡沫混凝土试块。在标准养护条件下,分别研究其抗压性能、干燥收缩性能和热工性能。试验结果表明:随着水胶比的增大,钢渣泡沫混凝土各龄期的抗压强度先增大后减小,干燥收缩量和干燥收缩率呈先增大后减小的趋势,干体积密度逐渐减小,吸水率逐渐增大,导热系数逐渐减小。 In order to study the influence of water-binder ratio on steel slag foam concrete, the basic physical and mechanical properties were improved. In this paper, steel slag foam concrete test blocks are made with different water-binder ratios. Under the standard curing conditions, the compressive properties, drying shrinkage properties and thermal properties were studied separately. The experimental results show that with the increase of water-to-binder ratio, the compressive strength of steel slag foam concrete increases first and then decreases, and the drying shrinkage and drying shrinkage rate increase first and then decrease, dry bulk density. Gradually decreasing, the water absorption rate is gradually increased, and the thermal conductivity is gradually reduced.
