摘要 学习的中心是学生,学习的根本是学生的学习态度。所以教师需要全面熟悉所授班级学生的学情,掌握他们的身心特点,了解他们的知识储备、接受能力、交流讨论能力等。教学是教与学的紧密融合,是教师调动学生去学和学生主动去学这两个思维过程的共同合作。只有加强课前准备,设计出灵活巧妙的点拨或引导,才能让学生在轻松的氛围里学习,同时获得明显且全面的发展。此文从备课的原则入手,结合本人自身的教学经验对教师要进行哪些课前准备加以分析和阐述。 The core of learning is student,and the foundation of learning is student’s learning attitude.Therefore,the teachers need to have a comprehensive understanding of the learning situation of students they teach,grasp their physical and mental characteristics,and know about their knowledge reserve,receptivity,and communication and discussion abilities.Education is the close integration of teaching and learning,and it is a joint cooperation in which the teachers mobilize the students to learn and the students actively go to learn,two thinking processes.Only by strengthening the preparation before class,and designing out clever advice or guidance,can the students study in a relaxed atmosphere,and also they will obtain an obvious and comprehensive development.This paper,starting with the principles of lesson preparation,analyzes and sets forth that what pre-class preparations are needed to be made by teachers in combination with the author’s own teaching experience.
