摘要
近年来,我国民办幼儿园发展迅速,但也存在教师流动率偏高的问题。通过对安徽省淮南市民办幼儿园教师流动的基本情况和流动原因两方面进行调查,了解到民办幼儿园教师有强烈的流动愿望,造成师流动的原因主要包括工作压力大、工资待遇低、专业发展受限制、年轻女教师多、职业认同感欠缺、社会地位与社会期望不成比例等。要解决上述问题需要从提高民办幼儿教师的工资待遇、给予他们更多的专业发展机会方面进行,同时还需要完善民办幼儿园的管理,加强对老师们的情感约束力,提高社会的理性认识,增强职业认同感等。
This paper intends to study the basic conditions and reasons of the turnover of the private kindergarten teachers of Huainan city in Anhui province. This study shows that the private kindergarten teachers of Huainan city generally have a strong turnover desire. The influencing factors mainly include huge working pressure, low wages, the lack of humanistic care in the working conditions, the limit of professional development, large proportion of female teachers, the lack of occupation identity, the disproportion of social status and social expeclation, and so on. To solve this problem, it requires the guarantee of the government and society, kindergarten support and teachers ' own efforts.
