摘要
目的探讨分期针灸治疗周围性面瘫患者的临床疗效及对满意度的影响。方法选取我院2017年2月至2017年12月收治的72例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将患者分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组采取常规治疗,研究组则在对照组的基础上采用分期针灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗满意度以及焦虑和抑郁评分。结果研究组的治疗总有效率是94.44%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);研究组的治疗满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗周围性面瘫的过程中,应用分期针灸治疗可以改善治疗效果和满意度,也能够改善患者的焦虑以及抑郁等负面情绪,值得在临床中推广和使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effecacy of acupuncture and moxibustion by stage in the treatment ofperipheral facial paralysis and its effect on satisfaction. Methods A total of 72 patients with peripheral facial paralysis fromFebruary 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according todifferent treatment methods, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the study groupwas treated with acupuncture and moxibustion by stage on the basis of the control group. The efficacies, scores of satisfaction,anxiety and depression of the two group were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was94.44%, which was significantly higher than 77.78% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction score of the study group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groupssignificantly decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the course oftreating peripheral facial paralysis, the application of acupuncture and moxibustion by stages can improve the therapeutic effectand satisfaction, and improve the anxiety and depression of patients, which is worth promotion and application.
