摘要
目的:探讨头针配合体针治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法:将110例周围性面瘫患者随机分成常规组54例和头针组56例,常规组采用常规针刺治疗,头针组在常规针刺治疗基础上应用头针治疗。治疗前后采用House-Brack-mann面神经评级标准进行评定。做两组治疗先后House-Brackmann分级比较及临床有效率的比较。结论:头针配合常规针刺治疗本病对面神经功能恢复及其临床有效率明显优于常规针刺治疗。
Objective ： The discussion on coordination acupuncture treatment for facial paralysis was made. Methods ： The facial paralysis patient were divided into the conventional group which had 54 examples and the scalp acupuncture group which had 56 examples, the conventional group used the conventional acupuncture treatment, the scalp acupuncture group applied the scalp acu- puncture treatment on the conventional acupuncture treatment foundation. Around the treatment the House-Brackmann facial nerve rating standard was used to carry on the evaluation. The House-Brackmann graduation comparison and the clinical effectiveness comparison were made. Conclusion：The scalp acupuncture combined with convention acupuncture is obviously superior to the con- ventional acupuncture treatment on nerve function recovery and clinical effectiveness.
