摘要
目的探讨三维与二维超声在输卵管造影检查中的价值。方法收集我院2014年8月到2016年10月收治的110例接受输卵管堵塞筛查的不孕不育患者,采用GE Voluson E8超声仪,分别进行二维超声诊断、三维超声诊断、腹腔镜下美蓝通染液试验筛查,对比不同诊断方法的临床应用价值。结果三维超声诊断结果与腹腔镜下美蓝通染液试验结果无显著差异(P>0.05),二维超声结果与腹腔镜下美蓝通染液试验结果通畅,通而不畅,阻塞存在显著差异(P<0.05);三维超声阳性预测值高于二维超声(P<0.05)。结论输卵管造影检查中三维与二维超声均有一定的应用价值,但是,三维超声的诊断准确率更高,在临床上应当推广应用三维超声诊断技术。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional and two-dimensional ultrasonography in salpingography. Methods A total of 110 infertile patients screened for tubal obstruction from August 2014 to October 2016 in our hospital were collected, GE VolusonESultrasound were used,two dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,three dimensional ultrasound diagnosis and laparoseopie methylene blue dye test were carried outrespeetively toeompare elinieal applieationvalue of different diagnostic methods. Results There was no significant difference between the results of three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis and the results of laparoseopie methylene blue dye solution （P〉0.05）.There were significant differenees between two-dimensional ultrasound and laparoseopie methylene blue solution in pateney, obstruction and obstruction （P〈0.05）.The positive predictive value of three-dimensional ultrasound is higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both three-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound have certain application value in salpingography. However,the diagnostic accuracy rate of three-dimensional ultrasound is a higher, so it should be widely used in clinical diagnosis.
