摘要
目的构建基于核心能力的专科护士考核表,并评价其应用效果,为专科护士工作岗位能力考核提供工具。方法在查阅文献基础上进行2轮德尔菲法专家函询确定专科护士考核表,考核内容包括临床实践能力(25分)、科研教学能力(45分)、管理能力(30分)。采用考核表对专科护士进行临床工作表现考核。结果 2017年专科护士年度考核总分及临床实践能力、管理能力得分显著高于2016年(P<0.05,P<0.01);科研教学能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于核心能力制定的专科护士考核表,有利于促进专科护士的临床使用,提高专科护士核心能力,推动专科护理发展。
Objective To establish a core-competency-based performance evaluation sheet for specialist nurses,to explore its application effect,and to provide a tool for assessment of specialist nurses′job performance.Methods The performance evaluation sheet of specialist nurses were determined by two rounds of Delphi expert method,and it finally consisted of clinical practice（25 points）,scientific research and teaching（45 points）and management（30 points）.Then specialist nurses′job performance was assessed by the evaluation sheet.Results In 2017,the specialist nurses scored significantly higher in clinical practice and management aspects,and had significantly higher total scores,than they did in 2016（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference in scientific research and teaching scores（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of the core-competency-based performance evaluation sheet can effectively facilitate the clinical use of specialist nurses,enhance their core-competencies,and promote the development of specialized nursing.
