摘要 目的构建临床专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为临床专科护士核心能力的评价提供客观、可量化的参考依据。方法应用专家咨询法(Del Phi)对15名专家进行两轮咨询,采用层次分析法及优序图法确定各指标权重。结果函询专家的权威系数为0.86,熟悉程度为0.88,判断系数为0.84,并建立了由8个一级指标、25个二级指标、58个三级指标构成的临床专科护士核心能力体系。结论临床专科护士核心能力的研究结果可信度高,指标体系的各级指标条目专家意见集中,可为临床专科护士核心能力的考核、评价及培养提供参考依据。 Objective To construct a core competency evaluation index for clinical specialists nurses. Methods Fifteen experts were consulted by a two-round Delphi survey,Hierarchy analysis was applied to determine the weight of each index in the system. Results The expert authority coefficient was 0. 86,familiarity was 0. 88,judgment coefficient was 0. 84. the core competency evaluation index includes 8 first-level indicators,25 second-level indicators,and58 third-level indicators. Conclusion The study is valid and reliable that the core competency evaluation index,it can provide objective and quantitative standards for evaluation and training for clinical specialists nurses.
