摘要
自我国加入WTO以来,高等教育服务贸易发展迅速,但是呈现进出口发展极不平衡的状态,存在明显贸易逆差。"一带一路"的提出为我国高等教育服务贸易的发展提供了新的机遇和挑战。面对"一带一路"所带来的新局面,提出相应的对策,对于改变我国高等教育服务贸易巨大逆差的现状具有重要的意义。同时,高等教育服务贸易的发展,也为"一带一路"形成陆海内外联动、东西双向互济的开放格局添加助力。
Since China＇s entry into the World Trade Organization（WTO）,the service trade of higher education has developed rapidly,but the development of import and export is unbalanced,and there is a significant trade deficit.The proposal of＂One Belt and One Road＂provides new opportunities and challenges for the development of China＇s service development of higher education.In the face of the new situation brought by＂One Belt and One Road,＂corresponding countermeasures are put forward,which is of great significance in changing the tremendous deficit of service trade of China＇s higher education.Meanwhile,the development of the service trade of higher education has also contributed to the formation of an open pattern with land,sea and inland links and east-west mutual economic cooperation by ＂One Belt and One Road.＂
