摘要
"一带一路"战略作为国内区域经济一体化和国际区域经济合作并存与互动的新型平台,需要高等教育跨区域发展的回应。中国西北五省区和中亚五国在地缘关系、民族关系、历史文化方面具备成为共同教育空间的条件,在高等教育的跨区域合作发展上有着共同的诉求,在现有发展基础上,其重点应放在共同教育空间域中的国际化教育意识提升、有效合作平台建设及教育质量提升等方面,通过高等教育的跨区域发展,增强区域经济发展中的相互理解和文化包容。
The coexistence and interaction of domestic regional economic integration and international regional economic cooperation brings about a new platform known as ＂the Belt and Road＂strategy which calls for the response of cross-regional cooperation in higher education. The five provinces in northwest China and five countries in Central Asia have the conditions to become a common educational space in terms of their geopolitical relations,ethnic relations,history and culture and share the common pursuits in the cross-regional cooperation and development of higher education. Based on the traditional cooperation in higher education,these two areas in the development of cross-regional higher education should focus on the promotion of international education awareness,construction of effective cooperation platform,improvement of education quality and other aspects so as to strengthen their mutual understanding and culture tolerance in regional economic development through the cross-regional development of higher education.
