摘要
中俄天然气东线管道工程全线推荐采用自动焊接,为保证焊接连续性,提高施工效率和质量,要尽可能减少焊接连头口数量。从设计角度出发,针对管道穿越三、四级公路用套管结构,提出采用组装式盖板涵代替传统钢筋混凝土套管;对于管道转向方法,提出采用管道水平及纵向大角度弹性敷设代替热煨弯管及冷弯弯管的设计思路。经过现场实施验证,这些措施切实保证了中俄天然气东线自动焊作业的连续性,有效减少了焊接连头口数量。
The automatic welding was recommended for China-Russia Eastern Natural Gas Pipeline. To ensure welding continuity and improve construction efficiency and quality, the number of welded joint should be reduced.From the design point of view, this paper proposed the use of assembled cover culverts instead of the traditional reinforced concrete casing for pipelines passing through grade 3 or 4 roads. For pipeline direction changing method,it was proposed to use horizontal and vertical elastic laying instead of induction bends and cold bends. After field verification, these measures had ensured the continuity of automatic welding and effectively reduced the number of welded joint.
