摘要 介绍了4V类扇形股钢丝绳的生产及性能特点,指出4V类扇形股钢丝绳中钢丝强度不合格的原因主要有标准要求较低,生产过程中强度损失。通过分析4V类扇形股钢丝绳强度性能不合格的原因,以1 770 MPa NAT4V×39S+5FC-16 mm圆股挤压法钢丝绳的生产为例,提出减小制绳钢丝的强度允许偏差范围和提高钢丝强度下限值等措施,从而满足钢丝在捻制过程中的强度损失,这是解决制绳钢丝在4V类扇形股钢丝绳捻制过程中强度损失的主要途径。 To introduce production and performance characteristics of 4V fan-shaped-strand wire rope. The reasons that steel wire strength in 4V fan-shaped-strand wire rope is unqualified are as following standard requirements low, production process strength loss. The reasons of 4V fan-shaped-strand wire rope strength unqualified are analyzed, taking production of 1 770 MPa NAT4V × 39S + 5FC -16 mm round extrusion wire rope as an example, the measures such as reducing the allowable deviation range of the wire strength and increase steel wire strength lower limit strength to meet the strength loss of steel wire in stranding process, which is the main route to solve the strength loss of steel wire for rope in 4V fan-shaped- strand wire rope stranding process.
