摘要
对双捻机用于普通结构、规格钢丝绳的股生产时,常周期性出现的中心钢丝产生折弯冒出到股的表面,形成一些小“疙瘩”,俗称“起泡”的现象,从双捻机的捻制原理及捻制特点进行了分析。从中找出了解决“起泡”现象的有效方法和措施。
The lump phenomenon of steel wire rope' middle strand in production for common structure and specification by double- strander has been analyzed. This lump phenomenon periodically occurred on middle wire when flexing to the strand's surface. The effective methods to solve this phenomenon from both stranding theory and characteristics of the double- strander are explored.
