摘要 针对无线电能传输系统耦合系数小、传输效率偏低的问题,提出一种可提高耦合系数的线圈结构。根据电路模型,得出了耦合系数与传输效率和功率的关系,为线圈结构的设计和优化提供了依据。对耦合线圈的偏移进行了研究,得出随轴向和径向距离的增大,线圈互感系数变小,提出了以提高耦合系数为目标,用ANSYS三维有限元分析对磁耦合线圈进行仿真与优化。通过比较不同类型的线圈、不同形状磁芯的线圈和不同材料磁芯线圈的耦合系数,得出了加铁氧体方形磁芯的实心圆盘型线圈为最优结构,在同样的线圈面积下,耦合系数比不加磁芯的螺旋形线圈提高57%~149%。重点通过ANSYS三维有限元分析对磁耦合线圈进行仿真与优化,把耦合系数提高了57%~149%,从而提高了有效传输距离。 Aiming at solving the problems that the coupling coefficient of a wireless power transmission system is small and the transmission efficiency is low, a coil structure which can im prove the coupling coefficient is proposed. Firstly, according to the circuit model, a relationship be tween the coupling coefficient and the transmission efficiency and power is obtained, which provides a basis for the design and optimization of the coil structure. Secondly, the offset of the coupled coil is studied. It is concluded that the mutual inductance of the coil becomes smaller with the increase in the axial and radial distances. Finally, aiming at increasing the coupling coefficient, the simula tion and optimization of the magnetic coupling coils by the ANSYS three dimensional finite element analysis are proposed. By comparing the coupling coefficients of different types of coils, coils of dif ferent shape cores and coils of different material cores, it is concluded that the solid disc coil with a ferrite square core is the optimal structure. Under the same coil area, the coupling coefficient is in creased by 57% to 149% compared to that under the spiral coil area without the core. Focusing on the simulati element ana on and optimization of the magnetic lysis, the coupling coefficient is inc coupling coil by the ANSYS three-dimensional finite reased by 57% to 149%, and the effective transmis sion distance is improved.
