摘要 针对现有减速齿轮箱温度监控系统布线复杂、传输距离短及信号衰减快等缺陷,设计了一套无线自组网齿轮箱温度监测系统,以核心芯片MSP430F149和温度传感器DS18B20进行温度检测,采用射频芯片CC1100模块进行433 MHz无线射频自组网通信,监控软件基于ASP.Net开发,实现对多个齿轮箱的实时温度监测、显示和存储等功能。试验测定传输距离为150 m时,数据丢包率为0%,数据错误率为0.278%,对比传统的监测方式,扩大了监测距离,使齿轮箱的温度监测更加便捷。 With the common defects of current gear box temperature monitoring system,such as complex wiring,short transmission distance and fast signal attenuation. This paper design a wireless ad-hoc network gear box temperature monitoring system. Temperature detection is based on MSP430F149 and DS18B20,the 433 MHz wireless RF ad-hoc communication network established with the help of CC1100,and monitoring software development is based on ASP. Net to realize multiple gearboxes' temperature monitoring,displaying and storing. A test was carried out,which indicates that data loss-rate is 0% and data error-rate is 0. 278%. Compared with traditional detection,distance of monitoring was improved and more convenient.
