摘要
目的通过对现代文献进行计量和评价,归纳总结热敏灸临床疾病谱。方法电子检索Pub Med、Embase、Cochrane library(Issue 10,2017)、中国知网、维普数据库和万方数据库中与热敏灸相关的临床文献,所有数据库检索时间截止于2017年10月30日。经阅读筛选后采用ICD-10统计符合纳入标准文献的病症名及病种数量。结果共纳入文献832篇,涉及疾病150种。包括西医病89种,西医症状40种,中医病症21种。文献最多的前10种疾病依次是膝骨关节炎、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症、面神经麻痹、原发性痛经、哮喘、尿潴留、脑血管病、过敏性鼻炎和带状疱疹后遗神经痛,这些疾病的文献量均不低于10,约占文献总数的46.6%。结论热敏灸疗法的临床适应症范围广,但分布不均,以肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病、神经系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病以及呼吸系统疾病为其主要适应症。
Objective To summarize the spectrum of disease of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy by the modern literature calculation and evaluation. Methods A computer-based research was conducted on CNKI database, VIP database, PubMed database, Embase database, Cochrane Library database, and Wanfang database of the clinical literature about heat-sensitive moxibustion, the time limitation ran from the commencement of each database to October 30, 2017. Recorded the names and counted the numbers of each disease after reading, and then carried on classifying and summarizing based on ICD-10. Results Totally 832 clinical literature were included, 150 kinds of diseases were involved, including 89 diseases of western medicine, 40 symptoms of western medicine and 21 TCM syndromes were identified. The top 10 kinds of diseases in the literature were knee osteoarthritis, cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, facial paralysis, primary dysmenorrheal, asthma, urinary retention, cerebrovascular disease, allergic rhinitis and postherpetic neuralgia. The number of these diseases was more than 10, and accounted about for 46.6% of the total literature. Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion is an effective therapy with wide indications,but not evenly distributed. And the dominant diseases are relatively scattered, mainly concentrate in musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases, nervous system diseases, urogenital system diseases and respiratory system diseases.
