摘要
目的研究血清Adropin、肝素结合性表皮生长因子(HB—EGF)水平与冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后发生再狭窄的关系。方法选取2014年2月至2017年2月于我院接受PCI治疗的患者800例为研究对象,根据患者术后是否发生再狭窄分为再狭窄组30例,非再狭窄组770例。分别比较两组年龄、性别、吸娴、高血压、糖尿病以及体重指数等临床资料,空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、Adropin、HB—EGF以及超敏C反应蛋白水平,并作多因素Logistic回归分析。结果再狭窄组糖尿病人数占比为46.67%(14/30),明显高于非再狭窄组的21.04%(162/770),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).再狭窄组空腹血糖水平、HB-EGF分别为(6.41±1.50)mmol/L、(290.17±30.75)ng/L,均明显高于非再狭窄组的(5.12±2.08)mmol/L、(195.38±27.11)ng/L,而血清Adropin水平为(56.60±9.20)ng/L,明显低于非再狭窄组的(76.79±17.23)ng/L,组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析发现,血清Adropin是冠心病患者PCI术后发生再狭窄的保护性因素,而血清HB—EGF是冠心病患荷PCI术后发生再狭窄的独立危险因素(P均〈0.05)。结论血清Adropin、HB—EGF水平与冠心病患者PCI术后发生再狭窄存在密切相关,临床工作中可通过对上述两项指标进行联合检测,从而有助于预测冠心病患者PCI术后再狭窄发生,
Objective To study the relationship between serum Adropin and heparin binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) levels and restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods From February 2014 to February 2017, 800 patients receiving PCI treatment in our hospital were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into a restenosis group of 30 patients and 770 cases of non-restenosis group. The age, sex, smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes and clinical data such as BMI, fasting blood sugar, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, Adropin, HB-EGF and allergic biochemical indexes, such as c-reactive protein level were compared respectively between two groups. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed. Results The proportion of diabetes in the stenosis group was 46.67% ( 14 / 30) , which was significantly higher than the 21.04% ( 162 / 770) in the non- restenosis group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Fasting blood glucose levels, HB-EGF restenosis group respectively (6.41 ± 1.50) mmol / L, (290.17 ± 30.75 ) ng / L, were significantly higher than that of non restenosis group (5.12±2.08)mmol/L, (195.38±27.11)ng/L, and for the level of serum Adropin (56.60±9.20) ng/L, significantly lower than the restenosis group ( 76.79± 17.23 )ng/L, comparing differences between groups were statistically significant (all P〈0.05). After multivariable Logistic regression analysis found that: serum Adropin was a protective factor for PCI postoperative restenosis of coronary heart disease patients, the serum levels of HB EGF in coronary heart disease patients were independent risk factors for the development of PCI postoperative restenosis (all P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Serum Adropin, HB-EGF levels and CHD patients with PCI postoperative restenosis are closely related to clinical work on the above two indicators for joint detection,
