摘要
目的了解2015年四川省社会组织参与艾滋病三类[男性性行为者（MSM）、失足妇女（FSW）、吸毒者（DU）]高危行为人群检测及阳性检出率情况,为进一步指导社会组织开展艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法通过社会组织参与艾滋病防治基金管理系统,下载2015年四川省社会组织针对高危行为人群领域开展工作的相关数据,并整理分析。结果共检测20 388人,阳性检出率3.01%（614人）,其中DU检测2 775人,阳性检出率0.72%（20人）;FSW检测7 067人,阳性检出率0.54%（38人）;MSM检测共10 546人,阳性检出率5.27%（556人）。机构上,DU及MSM阳性检出率民政部门登记社会组织（CBOs）略高于未登记CBOs。地区上,DU新发阳性较高的有达州市、攀枝花市,分别为1.36%（6/442）、3.33%（10/300）;FSW有泸州市、绵阳市,分别为1.27%（8/629）、1.29%（8/620）;MSM有泸州市、达州市、德阳市,分别为7.66%（56/731）、7.00%（21/300）、7.00%（14/200）。结论四川省社会组织对DU、FSW、MSM人群艾滋病阳性检测具有地区聚集性,可据此调整社会组织重点参与某高危行为人群的工作。并建议未来持续监测全省社会组织在高危行为人群中的HIV检测,为最大程度发挥社会组织优势提供依据。
Objective To understand HIV detection and positive rate among high risk behavior population（DU/FSW/MSM）by community-based organizations（CBOs）supported by China AIDS Fund for Non-Governmental Organizations（CAFNGO）in Sichuan in 2015,and provide the basis for further guidance of social organizations in AIDS prevention and treatment.Methods The data of high risk behavior population were collected based on CAFNGO Project Management System and analysis was made accordingly.Results Out of 20 388 cases detected,the HIV positive rate was 3.01%（614）,with 0.72%（20/2 775）of DU,0.54%（38/7 067）of FSW,and 5.27%（556/10 546）of MSM.The positive detection rate of the registered CBOs was slightly higher than that of the nonregistered CBOs esp.in the groups of DU and MSM.Geographically Dazhou and Panzhihua cities had high HIV positive rates of 1.36%（6/442）and 3.33%（10/300）among DU.Luzhou and Mianyang cities had the high HIV rates of 1.27%（8/629）,and 29%（8/620）among FSW,and had high rates of 7.66%（56/731）in Luzhou,7.00%（21/300）in Dazhou,and 7.00%（14/20）in Deyong among MSM.Conclusion HIV positive detection among DU/FSW/MSM by the CBOs in Sichuan province in 2015 shows the characteristics of geographical and group clustering,which can be priority of CBOs for their future intervention among high-risk behavior population.
