Study on stress status and mental health of contemporary graduate students

摘要 目的探讨当代研究生的压力状况及心理健康教育,了解研究生压力来源形式,为研究生减压及心理健康干预指导工作提出建议。方法采用问卷调查及量表分析的方式,随机抽取郑州大学人民医院在读研究生274人进行问卷调查及量表填写,回收有效问卷及量表270份。结果采用多因素分析等方法分析问卷及量表后发现研究生的压力主要表现为学业、就业、情感和经济等四个方面。研究生的心理健康教育仍存在较多问题,需要进一步完善。结论从研究生学业、就业、情况及经济四个方面入手,针对性制定策略对研究生的压力现状进行改善,从而缓解研究生的压力。对研究生进行加强心理健康教育指导,不仅要在理论上制定合理的指导策略,还应付诸行动,将理论转化为实践,完善研究生教育培养模式,全面改善研究生心理健康状况。 Objective To explore the stress status and mental health of contemporary graduate students,to understand the forms of pressure sources of graduate students,and to provide suggestions for post-graduate stress reduction and psychological health intervention and guidance. Methods By means of questionnaire survey and scale analysis,300 postgraduates from Zhengzhou University People's Hospital were randomly selected for questionnaire survey and questionnaire filling,and 290 valid questionnaires and scales were recovered. Results After analyzing the questionnaire and scale by multi-factor analysis,it is found that the pressure of graduate students is mainly academic pressure,employment pressure,emotional pressure and economic pressure. Education of mental health of postgraduates still has many problems and needs to be further improved. Conclusion Starting from the four aspects of postgraduate study,employment,situation and economy,the author formulated strategies to improve the pressure status of graduate students,so as to alleviate the pressure of graduate students. Strengthen the education of mental health guidance to graduate students,not only to reasonable guidance strategy in theory,should also be put into action,to put theory into practice,improve the graduate student education training mode,comprehensively improve the graduate student mental health.
