摘要
配电系统供电能力是衡量配电网建设、运行水平的重要指标,也是指导配电网规划改造的有效工具。配电系统供电能力不仅取决于网架结构及设备容量,与系统的负荷分布也密切相关。在阐述配电系统供电能力以及配网联络有效度的评价指标及数学模型的基础上,分析了配电线路负荷对系统供电能力的影响,提出了考虑配电线路负荷的配电系统供电能力综合分析方法。利用概率谱方法分析线路的常规负荷及最高负荷,结合负荷裕度计算配电系统的网络转移能力及联络有效度。实际案例分析说明了所提方法的分析计算过程,证明了方法的有效性和实用性。
The distribution system power supply capability is an important factor to measure the level of distribution network construction and operation, and it is also an important means to guide the distribution network planning and transformation. The power supply capability of the distribution system depends not only on the grid structure and equipment capacity,but also on the load distribution of the system. In this paper,based on the mathematical model and evaluation index of power supply system power distribution and distribution network interconnection effectiveness, the impact of distribution line load on system power supply capacity is analyzed, and the general analysis method of comprehensive capacity of distribution network considering the load of distribution line is proposed. Using the probability spectrum method to analyze the routine load and maximum load of the line, combined with the load margin to calculate the actual network transfer ability and interconnection effectiveness of the distribution system. The actual case analysis illustrates the analysis and calculation process of the proposed method, and proves the validity and practical value of the method.
