摘要
随着素质教育理念的不断深入,现代职业教育体系也逐渐实现更深入的建设发展。近年来,社会对室内设计的人才需求越来越大,但是高职学校的室内设计相关人才培养模式无法满足社会的需求,很多高职院校注重对学生的知识培养,却忽略了学生的动手能力,而室内设计专业缺少了动手能力就无法在行业中立足。在这种形势下,高职院校逐渐推行学徒制教学,以更好地培养学生的动手能力,让学生可以更好地实现理论与实践的结合,为社会培养一批真正的室内设计专业人才。本文对建筑室内设计专业的现代学徒制实施效果进行探讨。
With the deepening of the concept of quality education,the modern vocational education system has gradually realized more in-depth construction and development. In recent years,the social demand for interior design talents is growing,but the training mode of interior design-related talents in higher vocational schools can not meet the needs of society. Many vocational colleges pay attention to the training of students＇ knowledge,but ignore the students＇ practical ability,and the interior design profession can not be in the industry without practical ability. The apprenticeship system is gradually implemented in higher vocational colleges to better train students＇ practical ability,so that students can better realize the combination of theory and practice,and cultivate a number of real interior design professionals for the community. This paper discusses the effect of modern apprenticeship in interior design.
