摘要
目的观察围手术期护理在糖尿病合并股骨颈骨折护理中的应用效果。方法选取该院在2015年12月—2016年12月收治的76例糖尿病合并股骨颈骨折患者,按照不同护理干预方法分为对照组(38例,应用常规护理方法)和实验组(38例,应用常规护理联合围手术期护理方法)。采用统计学分析两组糖尿病合并股骨颈骨折患者的并发症发生率、临床护理满意率。结果实验组糖尿病合并股骨颈骨折患者的肺部感染、褥疮、肌肉萎缩、泌尿系统感染、畸形愈合、静脉血栓等并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并股骨颈骨折患者采取围手术期护理措施能够降低并发症发生率、提高患者总满意率。
Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing in the nursing of patients with diabetes complicated with femoral neck fracture. Methods 76 patients with diabetes and femoral neck fractures admitted to the hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were divided into control group （38 cases,routine nursing method） and experimental group （38 cases, according to different nursing intervention methods,applying routine care combined with perioperative care methods）.Statistical analysis was performed to analyze the complication rate and clinical nursing satisfaction rate of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with femoral neck fracture. Results The incidence of complications such as pulmonary infection,hemorrhoids, muscle atrophy,urinary tract infection,malunion,and venous thrombosis in the experimental group with diabetes and femoral neck fracture was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care for patients with diabetes complicated with femoral neck fractures can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the overall satisfaction rate of patients.
