摘要
目的分析高龄股骨近端骨折患者围手术期应用综合护理干预的效果。方法将82例股骨近端骨折高龄患者随机分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者护理满意率显著高于对照组,住院治疗总时间明显短于对照组。结论应用综合护理干预模式对患有股骨近端骨折疾病的高龄患者在围手术期内实施护理的临床效果非常明显。
Objective Analysis of elderly patients with proximal femoral fractures perioperative application of comprehensive nursing intervention effect.＆amp;nbsp;Methods 82 cases of proximal femoral fractures in elderly patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results Patients with nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in control group, hospitalization time was shorter than the control group. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention mode of clinical effects in elderly patients with proximal femoral fracture disease nursing in the peri operation period is very obvious.
