摘要
目的:探讨系统护理在下肢骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年4月~2019年3月50例下肢骨折手术患者,并采用随机数字表法分为系统护理组(S组)和对照组(C组)各25例,C组给予手术室一般护理,S组实施系统护理,比较两组自护能力(ESCA量表)和功能康复(Fugl-Meyer评分和ADL评分)情况。结果:护理前,两组ESCA量表中症状管理、心理状态、康复训练和医患沟通评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,S组ESCA量表中症状管理、心理状态、康复训练和医患沟通评分显著高于C组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组Fugl-Meyer评分和ADL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,S组Fugl-Meyer评分和ADL评分显著高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:系统护理可提高下肢骨折手术患者的自护能力,促进术后功能康复。
Objective:To explore the effect of systematic nursing on patients undergoing lower limb fracture surgery. Methods:50 cases undergoing lower limb fracture surgery, selected from April 2018 to March 2019, were randomly divided into the systematic nursing group(group S) and the control group(group C) with 25 cases in each group. Group C was given general nursing in the operating room, while group S received systematic nursing. The self-care ability(ESCA scale) and functional rehabilitation(Fugl-Meyer scores and ADL scores) were compared in the two groups. Results:Before nursing, there were no significant difference in the scores of symptom management, psychological state, rehabilitation training and doctor-patient communication in the two groups(P>0.05), after nursing, the scores of symptom management, psychological state, rehabilitation training and doctor-patient communication of ESCA scale in group S were higher than those in group C(P<0.05). Before nursing, there were no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer scores and ADL scores in the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, Fugl-Meyer scores and ADL score s in group S were higher than those in group C(P<0.05). Conclusion:Systematic nursing could improve the self-care ability and promote postoperative functional rehabilitation in patients with lower limb fracture surgery.
