摘要
针对园子沟矿井水水质的差异性,采取物化法对其进行处理。处理后的矿井水,能回用于井下消防洒水及选煤厂生产用水,并达到煤炭工业污染物排放标准要求;每年可节约水资源155万t,节约成本335万元。考虑矿区远期规划,进一步对矿井水质进行分析,走产、学、研结合的道路,提高处理后水质标准,为麟北电厂及"十三五"末至"十四五"初污水排放交易市场提前谋划,实现企业与环境政策双赢。
In view of the difference of water quality- in Yuanzigou coal mine, the physieoehemieal method was adopted. The treated mine water can meet the requirement of pollutant discharge standard of coal industry and can be reused for under- ground fire sprinkling and production water of coal preparation plant. At present, 1. 55 million tons of water resources are saved and the cost is saved by 3.55 million Yuan each year. Considering the long-term planning of the mining area, we should take the road of combining production, learning and research, improve the quality standard of treated water, plan ahead for the sewage discharge trading, and realize the win-win situation between enterprises and environmental policies.
