摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动提高心内科压疮高危患者预防措施落实率的效果。方法成立品管圈小组,通过实施品管圈活动,分析影响压疮高危患者预防措施落实的因素,制订并实施相应的改进措施。选择2016年2月25日—3月25日51例压疮高危患者为对照组,选择2016年8月10日—9月10日44例压疮高危患者为研究组。评估2组压疮预防措施落实效果。结果实施品管圈活动后,研究组压疮预防措施落实率84. 09%(37/44),高于对照组的37. 25%(19/51),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。实施活动后,品管圈小组成员的品管圈手法、团队凝聚力、沟通协调力、解决问题能力等能力均得到提升(P <0. 01)。结论开展品管圈活动能有效提高压疮高危患者预防措施的落实情况,提升护士压疮防护能力及综合素养。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle （QCC） activities to improve the implementation rate of preventive measures for pressure ulcers in high-risk patients. Methods The QCC group was established to analyze factors affecting the implementation of pressure ulcers prevention in high-risk patients. The QCC activities were carried out to formulate and implement corresponding improvement approaches. Fifty-one patients with high-risk pressure ulcers were included as the control group between 25＇11 of February 2016 and 25th of March 2016. Another 44 patients with high-risk pressure ulcers were included as the study group between 10th of August 2016 and 10th of September 2016. The implementation rate of preventive measures for pressure ulcers was compared between two groups. Results The implementation rate was 84.09 （37/44） in the study group and was 37.25% （19/51） in the control group, with a significant difference（P 〈0.01）. The comprehensive ability of group members, such as QCC skills, team cohesion, communication skills, problem-solving, and etc, was greatly improved after implemen- tation of QCC activities （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The implementation of QCC activities is po- tentially effective to improve the implementation of preventive measures for pressure ulcers in high-risk patients. It can also improve nurses＂ comprehensive abilities in prevention and control of pressure ulcer.
