摘要
通过探讨品管圈活动对神经外科实习护士护理带教质量的影响,品管圈活动能提高神经外科实习护士的综合能力和学习兴趣,提高了带教对护士工作的满意度,同时加强了带教老师的考核,也提高了护士对带教工作的满意度。
To discuss the influence of the quality control circle activities on neurosurgery practice nurses nursing teaching quality. Quality control circle activity can improve the comprehensive ability of neurosurgery practice nurses and the study interest, improve the teaching of nurses job satisfaction, as well as strengthen the teaching of the teacher＇ s evaluation and improve the satisfaction of nurses to teaching work.
