摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等手段对低合金钢板的表面裂纹原因展开分析,从裂纹处发现氧化、脱碳和夹杂物存在,夹杂物成分中主要含有Al、Si、Ca、Mg、Ti等元素。连铸坯近表面形成的夹杂物破坏了基体组织连续性,夹杂物处在钢板轧制过程中首先开裂,并逐步扩展成裂纹。通过优化连铸保护渣和连铸工艺,成功避免了此类裂纹的产生。
The causes of surface cracks on low alloy steel plate are analyzed by means of metallographic micro- scope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer. Oxidization, decarburization and non - metallic inclusion existence are found in the cracking area. The inclusions mainly consist of Al, Si, Ca, Mg and Ti. The inclusions formed at near surface of slab deteriorate the continuity of matrix structure, the inclusion area opens first during steel plate roll- ing and then gradually propagate into cracks. By optimizing mould flux and continuous casting process, such cracks are successfully prevented.
