摘要
介绍了钢板表面网状裂纹的形貌特征及微观组织。以E级船板马蜂窝裂纹为例,通过分析钢板裂纹处氧化物圆点及脱碳层程度,判断钢板表面网状裂纹来源,并简述控制方法及实践结果。制定了严格的结晶器使用管理规定,同时着眼点进一步扩大至保护渣及钢水质量、热装制度等,最终彻底消除了钢板表面网状裂纹缺陷。
It is introduced the morphology and micro structure of surface shrinkage cracks on steel plate. With hornet~ nest cracks on E -class ship plate as example, it is analyzed the oxide round dot at the cracks and the degree of decarburization, decided the source of the cracks, simply stated the control method and practical re- sult. The strict utilization management regulation for mold is formulated, and further expanded to systems of casting powder, molten steel quality and hot charging. At last the defects are eliminated.
