摘要
地铁工程概算编制的质量对于工程投资的影响比较大,因此要想控制工程投资需要提升概算编制质量。首先需要明确地铁工程的投资构成对于提升设计概算编制质量自身的重要性,对于工程概算编制当中应该注意的细节以及过程进行控制,找出合理控制投资的有效方式,探讨其在实际概算编制当中的应用。
The budget estimate making quality of metro engineering has the larger influence on the engineering investment. Therefore, to control engineering investment needs to upgrade the budget estimate making quality. Firstly it is required to clarify the significance of investment forms of metro engineering on upgrading the budget estimate making quality of design, the details for attention and process control in the budget estimate making of the project in order to find the effective method to reasonably control the investment. The article discusses the application of this method in the practical budget estimate making.
