摘要
独立学院作为高等教育的重要组成部分,经过十几年的发展,取得了不菲的成绩。独立学院图书馆作为文献信息中心,在独立学院教学和科研中有着无法替代的作用。独立学院图书馆的建设和发展水平,直接影响了独立学院整体发展的水平。如何顺应时代的发展,建设科学合理并具有自身特色的图书馆,是独立学院亟待解决的难题。文章以南京邮电大学通达学院图书馆为例,结合目前独立学院图书馆在发展中遇到的问题,提出独立学院图书馆要从资源建设、读者服务、馆员素质等方面进行提升,以促进独立学院图书馆长足有效的发展。
As an important part of the higher education, independent colleges have achieved remarkable results after more than ten years of development. As a document information center, the library of independent college plays an irreplaceable role in teaching and scientific research. The level of construction and development of the independent college library has a direct impact on the overall development level of independent colleges. How to conform to the development of the times and build a scientific and reasonable library with its own characteristics is an urgent problem for independent colleges to solve. Taking the library of Tongda College of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example and combining with the problems encountered in the development of the independent college library, this paper puts forward that the independent college library should improve its resources construction, reader service and librarian quality in order to promote the effective development of the independent college library.
