摘要
崇宁元年(1102)、二年、三年,蔡京当权,前后三次立党籍碑,三次立碑入籍人数分别为120人、98人、309人,这三次立碑涉及的党人名录主要来源于此前未入石的党籍名录,主要是绍圣元年(1094)章惇等炮制的73人版党籍名录、崇宁元年(1102)蔡京等炮制的541人党籍名录。崇宁三次立碑,首次仅在宫城端礼门旁,第二次则扩及地方监司长吏厅,第三次则在宫城文德殿门旁与地方监司长吏厅皆立碑。诸立碑地点的选择具有明显的监察、警示与侮辱意义。崇宁五年因星变诏令毁讫此碑。南渡初期党人昭雪时,又出现了用以推恩的103人版党籍名录。后世流传最广的是第三次所立的309人版党籍碑,主要以元祐群臣为主体,并及若干新党士人和不为蔡京所喜者。南宋时党籍碑经扬州某人、梁律、沈暐、司马逨等人重刻,明时又予以重刻。南宋元明清典籍对党籍碑的引用或论述大都与梁、沈二刻有关。

The most widely spread partisans＇ stele was the third one, which mainly consisted of Yuanyou partisans, new policies factions and other people disliked by Cai Jing. Hereafter, partisans＇ steles were carved by people such as Liang Lv, Shen Wei and Sima Lai in the Southern Song Dynasty and re-carved in the Ming Dynasty. After the Southern Song Dynasty, the citation, discussion and records were made about the partisan＇s steles, which were closely related to Liang Lv and Shen Wei.
