摘要
以二甲基硅油为基础油,通过添加不同粒径和含量的氧化铝(Al_2O_3)、氧化锌(ZnO)、铝粉,研究不同粒径、不同种类填料的复配对导热硅脂的导热率、流动性等性能的影响。结果显示:按质量比甲基硅油:30μm Al_2O_3:10μm Al_2O_3:2μm Al_2O_3:ZnO:Al=1:4. 5:2. 25:0. 75:2. 5:0. 31制备出流淌型高导热绝缘导热硅脂,热导率3. 12 W/(m·k),黏度为57 000 mPa·s,500 V电压下体积电阻率为1. 35×10^(14)Ω·m。
Taking the dimethyl silicone oil as the basic grease and adding aluminum oxide (Al O ), zinc oxide (ZnO), 2 3and aluminum powder with different particle size and content, the thermal conductivity, fluidity, and other properties of theheat conducting silicone grease blended with different type fillers with different particle size were investigated. The resultsshowed that the high-heat-conducting silicone grease with high thermal conductivity of 3.12 W/(m·k) was preparedunder the mass ratio of dimethyl silicon oil with 500 mPa·s∶30 μm Al O ∶10 μm Al O ∶2 μm Al O ∶1 μm ZnO∶2 2 3 2 3 2 3μm Al=1∶4.5∶2.25∶0.75∶2.5∶0.31, the prepared grease had the viscosity of 57 000 mPa·s, and volume resistivity at14 500 V of 1.35×10 Ω·m.
