摘要
目的了解清远市无偿献血人群丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染的分布及流行趋势。方法对清远市2012-2016年在本血站献血的77 677份无偿献血者血液标本采用ELISA法进行双试剂检测,对抗-HCV检测结果不合格的献血者进行调查分析。结果清远市无偿献血者抗-HCV总阳性率为0.34%(266/77 677),不同年份抗-HCV阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性献血者阳性率0.36%(209/57 847)稍高于女性献血者0.29%(57/19 830),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄段、不同学历、不同献血次数无偿献血者抗-HCV阳性率差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。266例抗-HCV阳性献血者中86.84%为单一抗-HCV项不合格,献血者合并其他阳性的情况少。结论加大无偿献血宣传工作力度,做好献血者筛选,建立一支固定的低危献血者队伍,减少输血感染HCV风险,保障血液安全。
Objective To know the distribution and epidemic trend of hepatitis C virus infection in voluntary blood donors in Qingyuan. Methods A total of 77 677 blood samples from voluntary blood donors in Qingyuan in the period of 2012-2016 were detected for hepatitis C by the ELISA method;those who were not qualified for the anti-HCV test were investigated and analyzed. Results The total positive rate of anti-HCV test for blood donors in Qingyuan was 0.34%（266/77 677）;there was no statistical difference in the positive rate of anti-HCV in Qingyuan volunysry blood donors in different years（P〈0.05）. The positive rate of male donors was 0.36%（209/57 847）,which was slightly higher than that of female donors（57/19 830）,but there was no statistical difference（P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in anti-HCV positive rate among different age groups,different educational backgrounds and different blood donation times（P〈0.05）. Among the266 anti-HCV positive donors,86.84% of them were uni-anti-HCV unqualified,while there were few donors also positive in other detection tests. Conclusions Blood donation promotion work should be strengthened. Pathogen screening for blood donors should be preformed and a stable group of low-risk blood donors needed to be established to reduce the risk of transfusion infection with HCV.
