摘要
物流专业教师在开展物流技能教学过程中,对教学状况缺乏自我剖析、诊断和改进,同时,学生在学习过程中学习效率低下、缺乏自主分析和主动学习的意识。借鉴戴明周期管理循环(PDCA管理循环),改进并构建了PTCDA循环教学模式。探究该模式在物流技能教学中的应用,帮助教师在教学、学生在学习过程中不断诊断和改进,螺旋提升,协同进步。
In teaching of Logistics Skills course, the teachers are short of the ability to do self-analysis, self-diagnosis and self-improvement in their teaching practice. Meanwhile, the students' learning efficiency is low. They lack self-analysis and active learning awareness. This study improves and constructs the PTCDA Circular Teaching Mode based on the theory of Deming cycle management ( PDCA management cycle). By exploring the application of this mode in the teaching of Logistics Skills, it enables teachers and students to keep diagnosing and improving in the teaching and learning process.
