摘要
利用电子显微镜对5种沟瓣属(Glyptopetalum Thwaites)与10种卫矛属(Euonymus L.)植物的花粉微形态特征进行了比较观察研究,结果表明:沟瓣属与卫矛属植物的花粉形态较为相似,花粉形状均为近球形或长球形;萌发孔类型均为3孔沟;外壁纹饰均为网状,网眼为不规则多边形或不规则圆形.沟瓣属与卫矛属的花粉形态特征在属间的差异不明显,对于2属的划分不具有明显的分类学价值.沟瓣属花粉形态与卫矛属冬青卫矛组更为相似,这与二者在宏观形态特征上更为相似是一致的,进一步证明沟瓣属与冬青卫矛组可能有更近的亲缘关系.
Pollen grains from 5 species of Glyptopetalumand 10 species of Euonymus were examined under a scanning electron microscope.The pollen grains of Glyptopetalum were found to be similar to those of Euonymus.The pollen grains were subglobose or prolate in shape.The grain apertures showed 3 colporats,exine sculpture was reticulate and the lumina were irregular polygonal or irregular circular.No marked differences were found between pollen grains of Glytopetalumand of Euonymus.Thus pollen grains have no taxonomical value in distinguishing these two genera.In addition,pollen grains of Glyptopetalum more closely resembled Sect.Ilicifolia Nakai,genus Euonymus,indicating that they may have closer affinity.
