摘要
应用扫描电子显微镜对一串蜂、九月青、榆树油豆、紫花油豆、黑几豆、粉几豆、梅河口紫花扁豆和辽源白花扁豆8个吉林省扁豆品种的花粉进行了形态观察。结果表明:不同扁豆品种花粉外部形态存在一定的差异,主要为三角形,也有的呈不规则形或肾形,在三角形的顶点处常有球形突起物的存在;花粉壁表面纹饰不同品种间存在较大的差异,花粉粒表面网脊的粗细与走向、网脊间的联接方式、颗粒状突起物及穿孔的大小与分布密度及位置等方面均有不同,这些差异可作为扁豆种质资源来源的鉴定的依据。
The pollens of eight cultivars of Dolichos lablab in Jilin province including yicuanfeng, jiuyueqing, ynshuyoudou, zihuayoudou, heijidou, fenjidou, meihekouzihuabiandou and liaoyuanbaihuabiandou were observed through scanning electron microscope. The results showed that outer configuration of pollen of different cuhivars was different to a certain extent, and outer configuration of most pollens was triangleshaped, while irregular and kidney shape was also observed in some cultivars. Sphere shaped protuberance often occurred on the point of intersection of triangle shape. There was significant deference in ektexine ornamentation of pollen. Width, tend, and connection forms of net ridge, and size, density and location of particle shaped protuberance and perforation differed. The difference on the surface of pollen provided new evidence for identifying Dolichos lablab resources.
