摘要 针对目前10 kV矿用高压配电装置的防爆腔体结构、断电开盖功能、隔离机械连锁原理、绝缘性能等若干问题及安全隐患进行了分析研究,设计了多腔式防爆结构、枪栓式两防锁、顶杆式断电开盖装置及高压快速接线柱等部件,成功解决了高压配电装置闭锁功能不全、绝缘套管放电等问题,实现了高压配电装置的本质安全运行。 In this paper, some problems and potentially dangerous of the 10 kV mine-used high-voltage distribution device were analyzed and studied, such as explosion cavity structure, power cutting off and covering function, isolation mechanism chain principle, insulation performance and so on. The multi-cavity explosion structure, bolt type lock with two precautions, top rod type power cutting off and covering device, high voltage fast terminal and other components were designed innovatively. The problems of high voltage distribution equipment such as incomplete locking function and discharge of insulation casing have been solved successfully, and the essential safety operation of high voltage distribution device has been realized.
