摘要 针对煤矿井下变电所关键设备高压配电装置可靠性不高、供电线路不能自动切换等问题,研究了一种新型矿用高压真空配电装置。检测断路器在合闸、分闸时的主、控制回路电流、辅助开关状态,计算得出分闸时间、合闸时间,判断断路器机构是否异常;在隔离器触臂处安装无线温度传感器,无线接收器接收传感器发送的温度数据,通过处理分析,显示各点温度值、历史参数等信息,超过阀值报警;在手车上加装伺服电机及减速器,可通过上位机远程控制手车进出,完成供电线路切换。 A new type of high-voltage vacuum distribution device for coal mine substation was studied,aiming at problems such as low reliability of high-voltage distribution device for key equipment of underground substation and non-automatic switching of power supply lines.The current of the main control circuits and the state of auxiliary switches when the circuit breaker closed or disengaged were checked,the time of disconnection and closing was calculated,judging whether the circuit breaker mechanism was abnormal.The wireless temperature sensor was installed at the contact arm of the isolator.The wireless receiver received the temperature data sent by the sensor and displayed the temperature value,historical parameters and other information at each point through processing and analysis.The servo motor and reducer can be installed on the car,and the handcar can be remotely controlled by the upper computer to switch the power supply line.
