摘要
煤炭业在我国地方经济发展中具有非常重要的意义,但自2012年以来,我国煤炭行业经营状况每况愈下。文章对当前我国煤炭业发展中存在的安全问题、职工素质问题、环境问题、资源浪费问题进行了论述,并提出了发展清洁能源、加强出口、鼓励煤电一体化、推进煤化工发展、建立按需发展经济模式的解决对策。最后对煤炭行业未来发展方向进行了简要评述,提出以下建议:推动煤炭产业结构调整和转型升级;建议中央政府加大资金支持政策,减轻企业税负;推进我国煤炭贸易商由传统模式向"互联网+煤炭"模式转变;坚定信心,积极作为,使煤炭企业得以健康长期稳定发展。
Coal industry has very important significance in the local economic development in China, but since 2012, China＇s coal industry operating conditions go from bad to worse. In this article, we analyze the security issues, the worker quality, environmental issues, resources waste of coal industry and put forward countermeasures as developing clean energy, strengthening export, encouraging the integration of coal, promoting the development of coal chemical industry, establishing on-demand economic development mode. Finally reviews the future development direction of coal industry briefly, puts forward the following suggestions： promote structure adjustment and transformation upgrading of coal industry; suggest that the central government increased financial support policy, reduce the tax burden on enterprises; push on our country coal traders shifting from traditional model to ＂Internet ＋ coal＂ model; firm confidence to make coal enterprises development stable and healthy.
